Standard Chord Types |
ChordWizard is supplied with 57 standard chord types, covering all musical styles.
Depending on your playing level, not all of these are activated. Chord types can be independently activated or deactivated so the picture of music theory presented can be as simple or as complete as you wish.
Intermediate and Advanced playing levels require ChordWizard Gold Edition. The Silver Edition operates only at Beginner level.
The degrees of the chord types are listed below. Required degrees must be present in matching chords, and are shown in bold. Optional degrees may be missing in matching chords, and are shown in (brackets).
The required degrees are carefully chosen for optimum results with the standard chord types.
Beginner Level
The following chord types are activated by default at Beginner level.
