User Guide > Printing Reports >

Report Preview

You can open Report Preview mode with:

Tool Bar:

Menu:  File-Preview Report

Before it begins, you need to decide what type of report you want to print in the Select Report window.

In Report Preview mode, the standard Tool Bar and Filter Bar (if showing) disappear and are replaced by the Preview Bar.  When you close Report Preview mode, the other bars are restored.

Report Preview shows you exactly how a report will look when printed onto paper.  This makes it easy to see the effect of changing the wide range of Report Options.

There are special keystrokes for use with the Preview Bar.
