The Library Options property sheet is opened by:
Tool Bar: 
Menu: Options-Library
Library Options are a collection of settings that are stored with each library. By contrast, the Workspace Options are global settings that apply to the whole workspace.
Library Options can be reset to the Default Options that are also stored with the workspace.
